AFI 홈페이지 이용약관

제 1조 (목적)

본 약관은 AFI(Animal Free Initiative, 이하 ‘AFI’)가 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 AFI의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2조 (용어의 정의)

1. 이용자: AFI의 서비스를 이용하는 개인 또는 단체.

2. 서비스: AFI가 제공하는 웹사이트의 콘텐츠 및 기능, 관련 이벤트, 기부 프로그램 등을 의미함.

3. 회원: 서비스 이용을 위해 가입 절차를 완료하고 AFI의 약관에 동의한 이용자.

4. 기부자: AFI의 목적과 활동을 위해 후원금을 제공한 회원.

제 3조 (회원가입)

1. 모든 개인 및 단체는 약관에 동의하고 회원가입 절차를 완료한 후 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

2. 회원가입 시 실명을 포함한 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 허위 정보 제공 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

3. AFI는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 회원의 정보를 보호합니다.

제 4조 (서비스의 이용)

1. AFI는 회원에게 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:

    – 동물 실험 대체 기술 관련 정보 및 자료 제공.

    – 기부 및 후원금 관련 서비스.

    – 행사 및 캠페인 참여 기회 제공.

2. AFI는 서비스의 품질과 안전성을 유지하기 위해 노력하며, 부득이한 사유로 서비스가 변경 또는 중단될 경우 이를 사전에 공지합니다.

제 5조 (기부금의 사용 및 공지)

1. 회원이 제공한 기부금은 AFI의 설립 목적과 공익적 활동(동물 실험 대체 기술 홍보 및 지원, 관련 캠페인 등)을 위해 사용됩니다.

2. AFI는 기부금의 사용 내역을 정기적으로 회원에게 공지하며, 웹사이트 또는 이메일을 통해 투명하게 보고합니다.

제 6조 (회원의 권리와 의무)

1. 회원은 AFI의 서비스와 활동에 대한 정보를 제공받을 권리가 있습니다.

2. 회원은 제공한 기부금의 사용 내역에 대한 확인 요청이 가능합니다.

3. 회원은 AFI의 윤리적 운영을 위해 건설적인 의견을 제시할 수 있습니다.

4. 회원은 서비스 이용 시 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반해서는 안 됩니다.

제 7조 (개인정보 처리 및 보호)

1. AFI는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 회원의 개인정보를 수집, 보관, 이용, 파기하며, 자세한 내용은 웹사이트에 게시된 개인정보처리방침에서 확인 가능합니다.

2. 개인정보는 회원의 동의 없이 제3자에게 제공되지 않으며, 안전하게 관리됩니다.

제 8조 (책임의 제한)

1. AFI는 천재지변 등 불가항력으로 인해 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.

2. 회원의 귀책사유로 발생한 문제에 대해 AFI는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

3. AFI는 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 사용과 관련하여 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 9조 (이용약관의 개정 및 효력)

1. AFI는 관계법령을 준수하며 필요 시 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.

2. 변경된 약관은 시행일 7일 전에 공지하며, 회원이 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

3. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우, 회원이 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

제 10조 (분쟁 해결 및 관할법원)

1. 약관과 관련하여 발생한 모든 분쟁은 당사자 간 협의로 해결합니다.

2. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우, AFI의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할법원으로 합니다.

부칙

본 약관은 2024년 12월 1일부터 시행됩니다.

① Purpose of Use
  • Updates on Animal Free Initiative activities (newsletter), campaigns, event information
② Items Used
  • Name, mobile phone number, email address
③ Retention and Use Period
  • From the date of consent until consent is withdrawn
※ Refusal of optional consent will not affect your support in any way.

Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information for CMS Regular Donation Application (If applicable)

① Purpose of Collection and Use
  • Withdrawal and management of regular donations via CMS automatic transfer
② Items Collected
  • Financial institution name, account number, account holder’s name, account holder’s date of birth (or business registration number)
③ Retention and Use Period
  • Until CMS use ends or consent is withdrawn
  • However, if retention is required by relevant laws, it will be kept for the corresponding period.

Consent to the Collection and Use of Unique Identification Information (Mandatory, for donation receipt issuance)

① Recipient
  • National Tax Service (Hometax)
② Purpose of Provision
  • Issuance of electronic donation receipts and income deduction processing
③ Items Provided
  • Name, resident registration number (or business registration number), donation amount, donation date
④ Retention and Use Period
  • Retention period according to relevant laws
(※ Without consent, electronic donation receipt issuance is not possible)

Consent to the Collection and Use of Unique Identification Information (Mandatory, for donation receipt issuance)

① Purpose of Collection and Use
  • Issuance of donation receipts and reporting to the National Tax Service (Legal basis: Article 160-3 of the Income Tax Act)
② Items Collected
  • Resident registration number (individual) or business registration number (business)
③ Retention and Use Period
  • Legal retention period according to relevant laws
※ Unique identification information is securely managed based on legal grounds.
※ Without consent, donation receipt issuance is not possible.

Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information

① Purpose of Collection and Use
  • Receipt and management of donations
  • Issuance of donation receipts (including electronic donation receipts)
  • Management of donors and related support information
② Personal Information Collected
  • Mandatory items: Name, contact details (mobile phone, email), donation information (amount, date, method)
  • For donation receipt issuance: Resident registration number (individual) or business registration number (business)
  • For electronic issuance and contact purposes: Mobile phone number, email address
  • For CMS regular donations: Financial institution name, account number, account holder’s name, account holder’s date of birth (or business registration number)
③ Retention and Use Period
  • Until the purpose of issuing donation receipts and managing donations is achieved
  • However, if retention is required by relevant laws (Income Tax Act, Corporate Tax Act, etc.), it will be kept for the legally mandated retention period
④ Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages
  • You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information.
  • If you refuse consent to mandatory items, receipt of donations and issuance of donation receipts may be restricted.
